It’s no doubt that trends from the 80s and 90s have started to resurface in the past couple of years and it seems like everyone is on board with this blast from the past. Without even realizing, I am started to repeat fashion statements that I wore as a little girl. But it wasn’t until I was looking through some old family photos did I realize… I’m LITERALLY reliving my childhood fashion moments.
Yes, I am wearing DENIM MULES at 5 years old. I may have been even cooler back then than I am now.
I have no recollection of where I might have gotten my pink dress or denim mules (I was only 5 after all), but I can tell you my adult version is from Tobi and my leather sandals are from Steve Madden. These yellow shades from ZeroUV have been an obsession of mine this summer, and so has this canvas tote from Stayhomeclub. Something about this look throws me way, WAY back—and now I understand why.
