I am by no means going to claim this recipe as my own! I actually saw this sauce on someone’s story on Instagram and asked them what they put in it. Since then, I’ve just tweaked it a bit so that it’s even more jam-packed with flavours I love. You can also find variations of this sauce online as well by different recipe-writers, but this is the version that I’ve been eating with just about everything!

Keeps for 4-5 days, refrigerated


  • 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1-2 tbs of nutritional yeast
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary (you can really add whatever herbs and spices that you want!)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Oat milk
  • Salt & pepper


  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth!
