One of my all-time favourite smoothies is the Blueberry Acai smoothie from Body Energy Club. Terri, a good friend of mine, recently shared this recipe with me where she pretty much replicated our favourite smoothie from BEC! So hats off to her for this one!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 spoon chocolate protein, I use this one from Vega
- 1/2 a pitted date
- 1 tbs almond butter
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana
Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender
- Enjoy!
