Was very lucky to have the opportunity to stay (and shoot) at the Douglas hotel at Parq Vancouver this weekend. The aesthetic of this hotel is everything. From the lobby, to the elevators, to the D/6 lounge—every detail was very well thought out. The Douglas should definitely be on your radar if you’re looking for a gorgeous hotel to stay at while in Vancouver.
Favourite part of the room we stayed in—the window seat. Also was pleasantly surprised at just how comfortable this Don Draper inspired leather and wood love seat was. There was a great view of the northbound Cambie bridge from the eighth floor which also just so happened to have the perfect view for the beautiful Vancouver sunset.
Could really get used to waking up and falling asleep to this view. Especially on a clear day—this window view paints a beautiful picture of Vancouver’s gorgeous cityscape and waters.

They have a casino, 2 gyms, and multiple different restaurants in the conjoined building (Parq Vancouver) so you wouldn’t even have to leave the premises during your entire stay.
